Looking back that first day, I has asked in sincere prayer for guidance to get Howard the help he so needed, (and was stubbornly refusing). I immediately thought of you. After a bit when I was at Hoag that Thursday morning, I came around a corner and saw you standing there. I knew instantly that you were the one who could help Howard. You listened patiently than quickly set up Howard’s care and very quickly set in all the motion all of the tests needed to quickly diagnose his condition. You are amazing…you who is beyond incredibly busy, and overworked… yet you acted like Howard was your only patient. You make room for his care, and you did all this with great concern, and passion that you treat all of you patients with. I knew that with you taking care of Howard, that he would be just fine.
